With one of the largest thermal spray facilities in Europe, both for Cold Gas Spray and HVOF, we can work on rotating components up to 5m length and 2,5m diameter.

Cold Gas Spray

A solid-state supersonic spraying technology that allows a wide selection of coating materials with no oxidation, dimensional distortion and heat-affected zones on the components to be coated.

Coating materials like pure titanium Gr1, pure copper, carbides or 316L among others, in applications that require corrosion protection, hardness, wear and thermal & electrical conductivity are just a few examples of the numerous material possibilities of this coating process, either in single layer or combined in multi-layers.

HVOF

HVOF (High-Velocity Oxy-Fuel) coatings are typically high-hardness and wear-resistant materials such as tungsten carbide.

Coatings applied by this process exhibit high density, hardness, and bond strength characteristics and can significantly increase wear resistance and erosion protection.
