Solution when extreme operational conditions are combined with long service life or/and high corrosion protection. This duplex coating provides the ductility and corrosion protection of nickel and the low friction coefficient and wear resistance of the hard chrome.

Increased corrosion resistance as it overlays the various chrome crack networks.

When a better bonding and better corrosion resistance is required.

Examples of use are copper rolls and chill rolls.

Triple Layer

A perfect solution for chill rolls and polishing rolls.

Steel or copper roll, natural microcracking net. Improved corrosion resistance due to microcrack net overlay that protects the underlying material.
